I hope that you’ll manage to get together with loved ones over the holidays and would like to wish you and yours a very merry Krystmas!

Below is some important information about our seasonal support hours. Please make a note and if you’ve time, please read on to learn about our donation to Crisis and the brand-new Krystal Community!

Krystal Support
As it’s the season to be merry and all that, we’re giving our support team a little break. We’ll be closing our phones and live chat from 18:00 Monday 20th December to 09:00 Monday 3rd January.

Worried about getting in touch? Don’t be! We’ll still respond to support tickets throughout the holiday, but responses might be slightly slower than you’re used to. Please be patient.

If you need help be sure to check the archived wisdom of a thousand geeks in our Krystal Hosting Knowledge Base! If you can’t find your answer there, submit a ticket.


Emergency Support
Emergency out-of-hours phone support is included with all premium plans; Sapphire, Diamond, Tanzanite.

In an emergency, just call us on 020 8050 1337 then press 3 and enter your PIN. Need a PIN reminder? Log in to your Client Area and you’ll find everything you need there. Any plan can be easily upgraded to premium if you’d like out-of-hours support (and/or any of the other premium benefits) - just reply to this email to get started.


Helping the homeless
This year we’re donating 60 gifts (one for every member of our team), to Crisis

Each gift provides a warm meal, shelter, support and companionship to those experiencing homelessness. If you’d like to join us, you can make a donation here.


Community Spirit
We’ve recently launched an online chat community that gives Krystal clients the opportunity to talk to us and one another. It’s a low-commitment venue where you can discuss future features, new services and essential tech news! We need your help to bring it to life!

Given that it’s Christmas, we’ve decided to hand out 10 Krystal Swag Boxes for anyone that’s active in the month of December (winners will be randomly selected and notified on January 6th).

I can’t believe it’s been another year already and what a year it’s been. We planted 1,368,002 trees! (and committed to protecting or planting 1 BILLION by 2030!) We deployed Katapult (our cloud infrastructure platform) to 3 new locations in the US and EU, so now you can enjoy our hosting around the globe. We also started work on our own hosting control panel, which clients will be able to try for free. To be the first to try it, join the community, or add your email to the beta mailing list
