We’re ready for a full-time Account Manager to join our team of highly-skilled, friendly staff and help us further develop long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

This is a fully remote-working position that offers true autonomy and a rare opportunity to make the role your own.

You will liaise between new and existing clients and internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer requirements.

You will be responsible for developing client relationships, communicating with clients about our services, identifying new opportunities, and working with our senior account manager to close new deals.

Essential requirements

Proven account management experience

Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs

Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment

Following up with clients regularly to ensure they are satisfied with our services.

Excellent time and project management skills. You're always looking to improve inefficient processes

Communicating with clients on our services and identifying new opportunities.

Highly desirable experience

Salesforce experience

Experience working in the technology sector
