Our team is like a family, we support and encourage one another. Working with like minded individuals makes each day at Krystal fun and exciting. We also host regular pizza nights as no army likes to march on an empty stomach as they say!
We offer 31 days paid holiday plus additional loyalty days accrued the longer you are part of the team. We also have a buy back system so if you don’t use your additional days, you’ll automatically be paid for working them!
And we don’t necessarily mean doing yoga at our desks! We do really mean we have an empathetic work environment and we appreciate unexpected things happen, often at the last minute, so our dedicated team manager is always on hand to help at those times.
We use a wealth of technology to stay connected to our work colleagues, to keep our team in touch with each other throughout their shifts.
We try to regularly get the whole team together for special events including the annual Krystal birthday party and of course Krystmas (™ pending). We pay for travel and accommodation for our staff to ensure everyone has the opportunity to join and we try to offer a diverse range of events throughout the year to ensure there is always something for everyone.
