We thought we'd take this opportunity to wish you and your family a wonderful Christmas and to thank you for your continued support and custom throughout 2019.
During this festive period, customer support will still be available 24/7. However, please note some changes below to our support cover so that we can give our support Elves a little break over Christmas.
Live chat will be switched off at 18:00 on 20th December, through to 09:00 on 27th December, but our staff will still be working and tickets will be answered as usual. Live chat will also be switched off from Midnight December 30th - resuming at 9:00 on January 2nd.
In addition to this, our support phone line will be turned off from 6 PM on 20th December until 9 AM on January 6th to give our staff time to answer all support quickly over this very important period and to catch up on any outstanding jobs.
If your service includes emergency phone support, this will of course still be provided throughout this period - to access emergency phone support in an emergency please simply dial 020 8050 1337 and then press 3 and enter your PIN. If you need a PIN reminder, log in to your Client Area at krystal.uk/client where you can access these details quickly and easily at any time.
